Rosie is a qualified RIBA chartered Architect, and has been working as a designer (interior, architecture and consultancy) since 2007. She has experience with residential, student and hospitality design within the UK, Europe and Asia.
Rosie was previously with CBRE for nearly 7 years as a Director and Lead Architect, focusing on BTR design consultancy and feasibility studies, seeing the UK and Irish BTR markets mature from an unknown sector to a leading growth area. This has enabled her to be exposed to hundreds of designs and developments of various scales, creating a detailed and unique understanding of what developments work in the market – for the investor, the operator and most importantly for the resident or occupier - whilst respecting the architect’s original concept.
