Rosie is a qualified RIBA chartered Architect, and has been working as a designer (interior, architecture and consultancy) since 2007. She has experience with residential, student and hospitality design within the UK, Europe and Asia.
Her passion is ‘bed-sector’ design, including feasibility/massing, planning and interior design for Hotels, PBSA & Residential. As a designer & consultant, she has a unique insight into the operational side of design, whilst staying up to date with the latest design trends.
Rosie was previously with CBRE for nearly 7 years as a Director and Lead Architect, where she led the way in BTR design for the property industry for 7 years, speaking at many events. She has been Involved in the design development of projects valued up to £1 billion in GDV, working with clients such as Argent Related, Hammerson, Barratt London, Berkeley Group, British Land, Belfast Harbour, McAleer & Rushe & Knight Dragon.
